Love Story: A Walking Meditation—Heidi Baker

Love Story: A Walking Meditation is for the mother’s heart, the nomads, those who’ve lost a parent too soon, and souls who long to slow down. It is a record of time passing in a world of spirit cloaked in matter. It’s a world of beauty, amid challenges, which I can touch only when I am still, present, seeking nothing but a way to relate the miracle that is everyday life.

  1. It is so true! As a person who has been meditating for over thirty years, I find it so important to stop when outside–whether walking or biking, etc–and just look and be and appreciate. So much is missed otherwise, when trying to “achieve” something. Well said!
